Summer Equinox Yoga Retreat

Let's welcome Summer with a mindful yoga flow that includes restorative poses,  yoga nidra, and live sound healing. You will release stored physical, mental and emotional tension.

This is a great time to reconnect with ourselves and community and welcome in this fun time of year. Come join us at a beautiful yurt nestled in nature.
