Winter Equinox Yoga Retreat

Let's welcome Winter with a beautiful mindful slow flow yoga that includes restorative poses,  yoga nidra, and sound healing. You will release stored physical, mental and emotional tension. Winter is the time to reflect on the past and plan for the future. This is a great time to draw inward and bring more clarity into our lives, while inviting in deep rest.  Come join us at a beautiful yurt nestled in nature. There are no words to describe the magic this place holds. You just need to come and feel it for yourself. This retreat is suitable for all levels of yoga. All are welcome!

Location: This is a private residence at 14 Rosewood Drive, North Scituate. House is the last one on the left, at the end of the cul-de-sac. When you park on the street, find the house on 14 Rosewood. Look to the right and you will see a path. Walk down it for a minute and you will see the yurt on your left. We will be practicing inside
