Women's Yoga Circle- Full Moon Ceremony

The full moon is a sacred time to be in a healing space, see the fruits of our labor, bring closure to projects, and pick up on things with more clarity. It is a time to release what is no longer serving us.  I welcome you to join me in this full moon ritual which includes yoga, meditation, a little expressive free dance, followed by journaling, and perhaps sharing in a safe community.

This is a 1.5 hour class offered virtually so you can enjoy right within the comfort of your own home. Come prepared with a quiet space, yoga mat, perhaps pillows and blankets, and a journal or notebook, and pen. 

You will walk away feeling connected to self, vibrant, restored, and ready to take on the month ahead! Beginners welcome.

Women have been gathering in circles for thousands of years- to support each other, encourage each other, and to embrace our divine femininity. In these modern times, now more than ever, it is vital we step away from the technology and busyness and restore our balance. This is a safe place for you to connect with yourself, other women, and express yourself in your own creative way.
