Women's Yoga Circle- New Moon Ceremony

The new moon is a sacred time to be in a healing space and create intention. I welcome you to join me in this new moon ritual which includes yoga, mediation, a little expressive free dance, followed by journaling, and perhaps sharing in a safe community.

This is an hour and 15 minute class hour class offered virtually so you can enjoy right within the comfort of your own home. Come prepared with a quiet space, yoga mat, perhaps pillows and blankets, and a journal or notebook, and pen. 

You will walk away feeling connected to self, vibrant, restored, and ready to take on the month ahead! Beginners welcome.
