Yoga in Deerfield Park (Smithfield, R)

Looking to feel good in your body, connect with local community, and spend time soaking in nature? This is what you need! Please join us for yoga in the park! This class is suitable for all levels. All are welcome- men, women, mature children, all abilities. Come as you are!

To bring: your yoga mat, perhaps a towel for under your mat, water bottle, sunscreen or bug spray if desired. 

Location: At Deerfield Park in Smithfield, there is a beautifully shaded area to the left of the Veterans Memorial, which is across the street from the basketball courts. You can also put  in "Deerfield Park Veterans Memorial" and your gps will take you right there! :) Meet me there!
